How long the Helium Balloon can last?

Helium Filled LATEX Balloon Floating Time can last for +-6 hours indoor. It can last for 2-3 days if special application is treated. Floating time can vary significantly depends on temperature and humidity. In general, Balloon floats longer in cold temperature and in high humidity condition. For outdoor under the hot sun, Helium Balloon can only last for +-4 hours only.

Helium Filled FOIL Balloon Floating Time can last for a week. After a week, it may started to shrink and continue to stay afloat for one more week with this condition.

Where can we deliver?

BalloonDelivery.com.my can deliver balloons to house, school, restaurant, club, pub and etc... Basically, anywhere your party is planned. You just need to provide the exact address at Shipping Address and Name of the Building at Remarks/Instruction during checkout.

We cover areas with address ends with Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya. If your shipping address does not ends with these States, you cannot proceed to checkout.

When will the balloon reach?

You can specify Delivery Time during checkout. Delivery will be planned according to your preferable time. We will give you a call in advance (usually the same day) to confirm the exact time we are reaching. So, your mobile number / phone number provided is important. Don't forget to charge your phone! and don't silent up your phone! ;)

Do you deliver same day?

Yes! SAME DAY DELIVERY can be done. Please contact us before placing your order. Order will be considered depends on our schedule availability.

Do you deliver everyday?

BalloonDelivery.com.my delivers everyday, including Public Holiday, unless our entire team is not available (usually went for training / workshop / special meeting). Hence, that specific date will be blocked for selection.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes! Select Paypal as your payment option during checkout, it will pop up a PAYPAL page to process payment. Look for Pay with Debit / Credit Card at the bottom of the paypal page, you don't have to create Paypal Account to process Debit / Credit Card payment. Refer to Payment Options page for other alternatives.

What does FOIL mean?

FOIL Balloon is also called Mylar Balloon. Foil balloons are made of thin, unstretchable, less permeable metallised films. These balloons have attractive shiny reflective surfaces and are often printed with color pictures and patterns for gifts and parties. The most important attribute of metallised nylon for balloons is its lightweight, increasing buoyancy and its ability to keep the helium gas from escaping for several weeks. What does LATEX mean?

LATEX Balloons are made of natural latex tapped from rubber trees. It can be filled with air, helium, water or any other suitable liquid or gas. The rubber's elasticity makes the volume adjustable. Find out more about balloon @ Wikipedia.
