Return and Refund Policy
*Strictly No Refund after Balloons are Prepared / after Shipped Out
For Cancellation of orders
Refund due to cancellation can be made according to the terms and condition shown below:
- Refund of 100% out of the total amount, if given 3 days (>72hrs) notice upon delivery date.
- Refund of 50% out of the total amount, if given 2 days (>48hrs) notice upon delivery date.
- No refund if given less than 1 day (24hrs) notice upon delivery date, including last minute order.
Refund for local bank transfer will be made within 3-5 working days and refund to credit card / Paypal will take approximately 7-14 working days.
Statements above only applicable if there are no special request materials that we need to buy / prepare for your order. Once materials are bought for your order, refund will only given after deducting the total cost of the materials and based on case by case basis.
For decoration products that involves design and planning service:
Deposit of 50% out of total amount will not be refunded once customer has confirm the design and planning service.
Damages of items:
Damages of perishable items like flowers, food items, balloons shall be flagged to 018-2289777 within 2hrs upon successful delivery. Replacement will only be given if item arrives in poor shape. (Eg, 50% of the items are none usable / 50% of the flowers are withered or dead)
Store Credit Voucher will be given as a compensation if small portion of the items are in poor shape. (Eg, 1pc out of 20pcs Balloons are deflated when arrive.)
